Access to the beach is through ornamental archways, around a lake, then via a series of steps which pass waterfalls, a tropical garden and an ornamental lake. The walk takes about five minutes.
The beach promenade has several reasonably priced restaurants which specialise in barbecue and sea food with many more cafes and bars in the main street.
The walk into the main centre of Nerja takes another ten minutes alternatively, there is a bus service from the reception area of Capistrano Playa.
Apartment 517 is on two levels. Steps lead up to an entrance hall which gives access to a bedroom with two single beds and built in wardrobe. There is also a bathroom at this level.
A feature staircase leads to the combined kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is recently installed and comprises electric oven, hob, fridge/ freezer and microwave. There is a dining table with four chairs, settee and two armchairs. Cable TV is installed.
The main bedroom is located off of the living area. It has a double bed, built in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.
A balcony leads from the living area. There is ample room for dining and has a sun blind, patio table with chairs and two loungers. The view from the balcony is spectacular taking in the ornamental lake, Burriana Beach and the Mediterranean.
