A well presented 3/4 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached villa with stunning views of Nerja.
Upon entering the locking gate you can either go up the steps to the left which leads
to the heart shaped private pool or straight on up 10 steps to the front of the
house. The first thing that strikes you is the absolutely stunning panoramic
view. The view spans from the sea and Nerja, right up to Frigiliana, the mountains
and beyond. Here there are steps leading down to the BBQ area, which has a gas
BBQ with table and chairs.
Going in the front door of the house you are greeted by a large bright and airy living
area. The lounge area has a lovely feature open fire surrounded by a huge
comfortable sofa and coffee table. There are patio doors leading on to the terrace,
with table and chairs, overlooking the view. The lounge also has satellite TV with
free view english Sky, as well as Swedish and German channels. To the rear of the
room is the dining table and chairs. There is also air-conditioning fitted in here,
with a coinbox meter. You get 4 hours of cold air or 6 hours of heat for only 1 Euro.
In the fully fitted open plan kitchen there is a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer,
electric hob, electric oven and microwave. Also on the ground floor is a good sized
bathroom containing a shower, W.C, and hand basin, and a twin bedroom, this bedroom has
patio doors leading out to the swimming pool area. This room also has fitted wardrobe
with shelves in, bedside tables and lamps.
From the stairs you can either go up or down. Going down leads to a large unused space,
which would be ideal for taking extra beds if needed. Going upstairs will take you to a
vestibule with a feature desk, off which leads 3 doors. To the left is a twin bedroom
with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps and a delightful Juliette balcony overlooking
the pool and down to the sea. Next to this room is the family bathroom with a shower
over bath, hand basin, bidet and W.C. Opposite is the master bedroom with a double
bed and fitted wardrobes, having an ensuite bathroom with a bath over shower, a double hand
basin unit and W.C. There is also air-conditioning fitted in here, with a coinbox
meter. You get 4 hours of cold air or 6 hours of heat for only 1 Euro. Also
leading off the bedroom are French doors onto another terrace and once again that stunning
view.
Obviously in order to get such a fantastic view this house is on a hill. It takes
approximately 30 minutes to walk to Nerja and 7 minutes to walk to the beach. A car
is therefore not essential but recommended.

Notes to the rental rates
Prices are for a maximum of six people and are per property. A deposit of £100
( or 25% which ever is greater ) per week is required to secure any booking.
The low season price does not include the cost of electricity used.
