Go down three steps into a large patio area which receives the sun in the morning. The lounge with dining area is of good size, with comfortable seating and good quality furniture. The T.V receives English channels, although they are very limited. The large French windows open onto a covered patio with wooden patio furniture, overlooking the communal pool. This receives sun in the afternoon. The dining area has dining table and chairs and there is a large arch way into the kitchen. The kitchen is accessed from the hall and is well fitted with electric oven and ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The master bedroom is a large double room with fitted robes bedside tables and lamps and French doors leading to patio which overlooks the communal pool. It has an ensuite bathroom with bath with shower over, bidet, wash hand basin and w.c. There are two further twin bedrooms, one with fitted robes and a further bathroom.
