The situation of the pool is delightful, with a lawn to one side, the pool terrace to the other, the whole area bordered by olive and almond trees and, in the other direction, the majestic Mount Mongtó forming the backdrop to the villa. There is ample parking at the front of the house, from where an imposing antique door leads into the entrance lobby of the living room. On first floor there is twin bedroom with ensuite and on the lower level there is a charming self-contained, one bedroom apartment with its own private, independent access. The apartment's lounge has a sofa bed suitable to sleep 2 people. Distances by car: Arenal beach 15 minutes. Jávea old town 7 minutes, Jávea port 10 minutes. La Sella Golf course 5 minutes.
