Each of the villas sleeps up to 10 people comfortably and with the use of fold down beds could sleep collectively up to 25 people.

VILLAS MONDRIAN can be booked separately or jointly, on a self-catered exclusive basis or on a shared room B&B basis.
Located in the 'Beverly Hills' of Mallorca COSTA D'EN BLANES, a secure walled community only 20 mins drive from the airport, 10 mins drive from Palma City, and 10 mins walk to the local beaches in Porto Portals, these well presented Villas offer a pool, a choice of 3 sun terraces (private) and sea views.

MONDRIAN I The accommodation comprises 3 floors to include 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & 1 shower room; In the main house 4 bedrooms, 1 master en-suite and 3 double or twin rooms, separate bathroom, large modern kitchen, dining room, spacious lounge with real fireplace with glass doors to balcony overlooking pool AND a further separate self-contained 1-bedroom studio flat [poolside] with separate shower room & kitchenette, sleeps 4. There is also a large roof terrace with sea views.

MONDRIAN II The accommodation comprises 2 floors to include 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 1 shower room; The 4 bedrooms can be either double, twin or single bed formats. Large modern kitchen/dining room, spacious lounge with glass doors to balcony overlooking pool. There is also a very large roof terrace with sea views.

Bed formats can be changed on request.

Internet access, Sky Digital TV (subject to availability), CD & DVD, utility room (with washing machine), iron, ironing board, bed linen, towels, beach towels, hairdryers and other basic cosmetic accessories are all included in the price.

LOCAL AREA

The local area has many unique features, a short walk away is the Port of Portals where you can meander quite freely amongst the many large luxury boats and browse around the 'Rodeo Drive' boutique shops. The Port is full of great restaurants catering to all types of taste and budget, in particular the famous 'Restaurant Wellies', a favorite haunt for the rich and famous! The local beach is only a 10-15 min walk. With easy access to all that the Island has to offer Costa D'en Blanes is the perfect location for your holiday, and only 25 mins drive from Valldemossa, Deia and Soller.

Palma's unique regular bus service (fully air-conditioned) will take you into the heart of Palma (old district) where you will find many restaurants, bars, museums and Palma's famous Cathedral. The local taxi services are quick and very affordable as are the buses.
